Xinjih Pharma Resubmits Hong Kong Listing Application for Second Time

According to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) disclosure on July 24, 2026, Xinjih Pharma resubmitted its Hong Kong listing application to the main board, with Guotai Junan International as the sole sponsor. This marks the company's second submission; it previously applied on December 24, 2025.

Xinjih Pharma, established in 2007, develops improved new drugs using modified formulations and drug delivery technologies based on previously approved active pharmaceutical ingredients. The company's core product dexmedetomidine hydrochloride micropatch (DHMP) for preoperative sedation completed Phase IIa pediatric trials in June 2026 and initiated Phase II adult trials in March 2026. The second core product XJN010, a nasal inhalation formulation for Parkinson's disease "off" episodes, completed Phase II trials in April 2026. As of the latest practicable date, neither core product has received commercial approval.
