#比特币流动性 Yesterday's sharp drop caught many people off guard. Watching the account balance decrease was indeed upsetting. But don't panic, we have ways to handle this.

The most straightforward method is **timely stop-loss**. If you judge that the price will continue to fall, and the trend has already reversed, it's better to cut losses rather than hold on and wait for a miracle. This may sound harsh, but it often saves you from bigger losses. When $BTC shows signs of abnormal movement, decisive exit is the best strategy.

Another tactic is **gradual re-accumulation**. When the price is at a stage low and shows signs of rebound, you can buy in small amounts multiple times to lower the average cost. The key is not to invest everything at once; control the pace and position size each time, otherwise it becomes a gamble again.

**T+0 trading to reduce costs** requires some skill. Take advantage of short-term fluctuations: sell some when prices are high, buy back when they dip. For coins with more active volatility like $ETH and $ZEC, you can try this approach. But the prerequisite is that you have confidence in the market; otherwise, it could worsen your losses.

The last point is **mindset**. Being caught often leads to panic, but staying calm and analyzing objectively is crucial. If the fundamentals of the coin are still solid and the long-term outlook is positive, treat it as a long-term hold. Don’t be scared off by short-term volatility. The crypto market is inherently volatile; with a strategy and patience, the opportunity to recover will come.

It's easy to talk about stop-loss, but when the time comes, who would really want to do it?

It's easy to talk about stop-loss, but really doing it is truly difficult. Yesterday, a bunch of people couldn't bring themselves to sell...

It's the same old tired stop-loss theory again. Anyone can say it easily. Is mindset the most important? Well, I think you mainly need to have capital.

Doing T (trading) is basically playing with fire. I tried it once last time and ended up losing everything.

The stop-loss part is quite realistic, just worried about trembling hands haha

Another stop-loss argument? I just want to ask, how many people have actually achieved it?
