I looked at a set of interesting 24-hour trading data. BTC's trading volume is 669 million, while NIGHT has reached 2.563 billion. This comparison is quite intriguing — one is the world's largest crypto asset, yet its trading volume is several times that of a small coin.
What does this imply? It could be a liquidity distribution issue, or it might indicate a shift in market sentiment. The enormous trading volume of NIGHT has many people exclaiming, "This really takes guts." Such phenomena are most common during the transition between bear and bull markets — funds seek new outlets, pursuing high volatility and high returns.
Of course, high trading volume isn't necessarily a good thing. Large transaction volumes often come with high risks. Investors chasing such coins should stay cautious, understand the market logic behind them before making a move.
