Aster releases roadmap for the first half of 2026: Aster Chain mainnet to launch in Q1

PANews, December 4—Decentralized exchange platform Aster has released its roadmap for the first half of 2026, with a focus on strengthening infrastructure, token utility, and the ecosystem and community as its three core engines. In early December 2025, Aster will launch “Shield Mode” for private high-leverage trading and Time-Weighted Average Price (TWAP) strategy orders; in mid-December, it will upgrade real-world assets (RWA) to expand the depth and breadth of the stock perpetual contracts market; at the end of December, the Aster Chain testnet will be open for community testing. Moving into 2026, the first quarter will see the mainnet launch of Aster Chain, the release of Aster Code for developers, and the opening of fiat on/off ramps; in the second quarter, ASTER token staking and on-chain governance will be implemented, alongside the launch of smart fund tools that follow top traders.
