Abstract generation in progress

On December 3, Jinshi Data reported that on December 2, French Prime Minister Barnier, who refused to make further concessions on the 2025 budget proposal, announced in the French National Assembly that he chose to use Article 49-3 of the Constitution to bypass the National Assembly and force the budget proposal through. Article 49-3 of the French Constitution gives the government the power to bypass the National Assembly and force its way through. However, the National Assembly can also submit a vote of no confidence in the government within 24 hours under Article 49-2 of the Constitution. The vote must be held within 48 hours. If the vote is passed, the government will step down and the bill will be rejected. It is reported that the vote of no confidence against the Barnier government may be held on December 4th, this Wednesday. Some analysts believe that unless there are unexpected developments at the last minute, the Barnier government is likely to become the first French government to be forced to step down due to a vote of no confidence since 1962.
