Salesforce Expands Agentforce AI to Commerce, Order Management on July 6

According to Salesforce, on July 6, Agentforce Commerce agents including Shopper Agent, Buyer Agent, and Merchant Agent became generally available for B2C and B2B commerce, order management, and point-of-sale operations. The agents handle product discovery, checkout, repeat orders, and catalog management.

Salesforce reported that AI influenced 20% of global online sales during the 2025 year-end holiday season, equivalent to $262 billion, with 41% of Asia-Pacific customers using AI to discover products.
