SambaNova Raises $1B at $11B Valuation, Wins JPMorgan AI Chip Deal

According to Beating AI, SambaNova completed a $1 billion Series F funding round at a $11 billion post-money valuation. General Atlantic led the round, with participation from Seligman Ventures, T. Rowe Price, and Capital Group.

The AI chip and infrastructure company also announced that JPMorgan Chase has selected its RDU chip system for secure on-premises AI inference. The RDU is SambaNova's proprietary dataflow processing chip designed for enterprise deployment, keeping sensitive data local rather than sending it to external cloud services.
